The one thing I’ve learnt with chocolate and baking? Always
use the best. So even though Lindt/ The Trish Nicol Agency sent me some Lindt Excellence
in new flavours to try out, my cupboard is always stocked with Lindt for
whatever baking frenzy I get myself into.
And really, would you’ve turned down chocolate? Didn’t think so.
A few things I found when making this.
1) it’s incredibly easy and quick regardless of it’s fancy sounding name.
2) if it gets lumpy, blend the bumps out.
3) Move fast if you want to eat it yourself.
and P.S. Make sure your cornflour is gluten free.
